Scaling Impact through AI & Personalization
Transformed Dell’s Field Service Mobile app by reimagining workflows, significantly improving efficiency and usability for field teams. Spearheaded the launch of an AI-powered copilot that analyzed user behavior to deliver real-time, personalized recommendations, enhancing productivity in the field. Improved team capacity and innovation by strategically reallocating workloads, onboarding interns, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to support long-term growth.

Fostering Collaboration & Driving Innovation
Cultivated a high-performing, collaborative culture by implementing a strategic staffing model that balanced delivery across AI/ML conceptual projects and roadmap initiatives. This approach empowered the team to push creative boundaries, resulting in industry recognition—including speaking engagements, two Webby Award nominations, and four pending patents. I’m incredibly proud of the innovation, creativity, and excellence they delivered.
2022
Rebuilding, Mentoring, & Elevating Design
Revitalized a struggling design team, growing it from 5 to 26 and transforming it into one of the highest-performing teams in the organization by driving process excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building a culture where designers could thrive. Led the end-to-end reimagining of Dell’s server purchasing journey, introducing personalization, self-service tools, and automation that reduced reliance on sales teams and set a new standard for seamless, user-centered digital experiences.
